The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They offered a wheelchair-accessible room with a large king-sized bed. The air conditioning in the room was great.

It was excellent stay, I really enjoyed delicious food.
That was nice hotel set in good area, right by supermarket, and a night club with very high sounds till 3:00 am. The location was great and stunning, at a medium distance from Beach Rotana Club. The service was all in all nice!

Double bed, staff who show the room before taking it to see if it suits us. Staff warning of the 5 night club that might make noise until 3am.
No valet parking, and you have to find a non-residential parking space.

Hotel on several floors, surprise when arriving first floor was a disco 2nd smoking room, ground floor bar upstairs above bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, shower and toilet.... We were offered a room on the same floor as the nightclub I refused because I have a baby and we got a smoking room. Being asthmatic it was unpleasant, but rather with a baby it doesn't fit at all. Correct room for the ideal price for smokers because the smell is still strong. Otherwise nobody nice!

We had an excellent time. Everything was good, this hotel had affable staff and FAVOURABLE location. Comfortable deluxe twin room and the bed was big. There was a clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and terrycloth bathrobes. Even the Bateen airport was not so far, 12 minutes drive away. It offered nice service and delicious food too.

Bad noise insulation! 5 nightclubs in the hotel that work until 3.30) But the staff immediately warns that the music will be heard in the room until 3.30))

Our room was great! It had a big comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with lots of channels 📺, and even a safe for keeping our stuff secure. the bathroom was spotless too.
